Most of the time, we do not understand the root cause of stress and anxiety and suffer unnecessary.
We do not perceive world as it is, we delete, distort and generalize before perceiving. It means the pain is not in the event, but the pain is how we perceive things. One accident may be bad for the family who has suffered loss but my be good for the newly opened hospital. If we change the meaning of the things, then we will become harmless and it will not affect us emotionally, physically or financially. We give meaning to things whereas the things itself does not have meaning.
In this course, main focus has been placed on the root cause of any event which triggers stress or anxiety and once we understand the event background, we will not get stress and even if that comes, we would be able to handle it smoothly.
