While working as an operations manager on a productive real estate team that sold over 50 Million annually near Washington, DC, I realized most of us were so busy that we were not taking the time to create a simple social media strategy.
It is overwhelming for many agents because they are small businesses with many tasks. Just like so many other small businesses.
In 2019, I started coaching agents on their social media strategy and priorities. When someone realizes they CAN put themselves out there and grow on social media I am ENERGIZED. Sometimes all it takes is a little 1-1 practice for people to get out of their comfort zone, focus on the value they have to give and start creating video clips. I now call this the warm-up phase.
