Adrian Thompson is VP of Artist & Song Development for Integrity Music. Born in Northern Ireland, his journey began in a rock band which received acclaim across Europe. Becoming Label Manager for an independent Christian Label, he signed songs including “Days Of Elijah” and “Lion Of Judah” by Robin Mark and was A&R for the MOBO (Music Of Black Origin) Award-winning album by David & Carrie Grant. In 2004 as A&R manager for Survivor Records, part of the David C Cook family, he worked with artists including Ben Cantelon, Tim Hughes, Worship Central and signed and developed many worship artists including Rend Collective. 2013 saw Adrian and his family move to USA where, as VP of Artist & Song Development for Integrity Music, he oversees a roster of artists and songwriters which includes Paul Baloche, Darlene Zschech, David Leonard and Lincoln Brewster.
