The course contains over 60 Lectures with over 3 hours of content. The course is written in an easy and well written format. It is designed for students with no former knowledge of the subject as well as those with a moderate knowledge.
You will learn what an hypnotic induction is and how to use it. I will give you the opportunity to experience hypnosis for yourself with a simple hypnotic session that will do no more than deeply relax you, this will give you first hand experience of the feelings associated with hypnosis enabling you to understand the effects on your client.
We will delve into the depths of the human mind where you will discover how the brain works and functions.You will learn how the mind can be reshaped to improve not only your clients life but also yours with the use of self hypnosis.
In the course we look at how using colours within the hypnosis session can affect a clients mood. We look at how using hypnosis can improve a clients general health with the application of positive thinking.
I will show you how to conduct a full consultation which will include:-
•How to determine your clients needs.•How to use your voice during the session to induce Hypnosis.•How to prepare your client for hypnosis.•How to carry out and produce your own inductions.•How to resurface a client after hypnosis.There are several easy quizzes throughout the course that you can take to test yourself and your knowledge of the subject.
On completion of this course you will have gained an understanding of how the brain works and how you can reshape negative thoughts and ideas into positive notions that can change lives for the better.
