This course consists of entertaining videos with easy to follow, tasty, plant-based cooking demonstrations by Jordan Poch and his friends. From pizza from scratch to waffles, your kids will see how fun and delicious healthy cooking can be.
Kids teaching kids makes learning more fun and lasting. Jordan (at time of filming) is a 12 year old who loves to share with other kids. Jordan has been on TV in the USA on Dare 2 Be and in New Zealand with Happy Kids Cooking Healthy. He was requested to join MasterChef Junior twice but they didn’t offer a vegetarian option so had to decline.
This course also contains lessons from the e-book “My Health, My Body” by Angela Poch used in several schools for health education. Written for kids ages 7 to 12, it is a great tool for teaching healthful living to children. It covers how the body works, why you need exercise, how to have a healthy diet, fresh air, and other important facts you need to stay healthy.
