In the first half, we’ll learn about different mental health conditions and how we can help people with each one using the Real Support Framework (REAL-SF). This will give you an easy-to-follow, 6-step framework to support those around you and provide mental health first aid.
In the second half, we’ll learn how to promote a better understanding of mental illness among our friends, colleagues and the general public, increasing education levels and promoting good mental health.

And we will put these into real-world situations with a series of case studies to explore what it is like to be a Mental Health Ambassador in everyday situations.
