Delta exams are updated and required after every new release (new releases generally occur every March and September). English Quebec delta exam(s) are now live for you in Now Learning! Quebec delta exam window is from March 26, 2021 through June 24th, 2021.
The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Exam Specification defines the purpose, audience, testing options, exam content coverage, test framework, and prerequisites to become a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
The delta exams are lightweight exams, non-proctored, timed (60 minute) and contain about 10 questions or less questions. Only mainline certifications will require a delta exam. Enroll and take each delta exam in Now Learning. Once you pass your exam(s), the certification status fields will change to “Current” within 24 hours on the My Certifications tab.
