Planning your day, especially with working from home, has become quite hard and sometimes you can go days without self-care routines. I’ve definitely learned the hard way that making time for self-care and actually putting it in your planner is so important.

We will create a one page planner that will help you sort out your day. You can add whatever tasks take up time in your day such as self-care, chores and anything else!

Your project will include the following:

Fill in the mind map document to decide what’s important to you.
Assign scores to each important section and make sure the scores all add up to 100.
Create an example of your one page planner for the day! You can use the last page (Electronic Planner) or create your own physical copy!
