Learn how to work with business data collected using Google Analytics in this hands-on course called ‘Data Science for Business Analytics and Intelligence’.

In this course, you will learn how to understand and optimize customer datasets collected using Google Analytics. You will also learn how to perform revenue analysis on the datasets for insights on sales and profits of your business.

Next, you will take the insights gained from revenue analysis to pre-process the data and apply Machine Learning in order to predict the revenue. As a part of this course, you will be using LightGBM (Light Gradient Boosting Machine) to model the data.

There are hands-on exercises at the end of each lecture and the knowledge you gain through this course can be extended to any other domain of business.

What can you learn from this course?

As a class project, you will be required to perform all of the following exercises mentioned at the end of each lesson in the course:

1. Look at the content of each column by selecting them from the optimized DataFrame one by one. Next, create a note of how valuable the column may be in order to predict the revenue generated per customer.

2. Convert all of the data fields from the `object` data type to their own respective data type (bool, str, int, float, etc.).

3. Pre-process the data even further by removing columns that have almost 0 correlation with the revenue information.

4. Go through all of the steps in the course and find different ways to improve the model.
