My name is James and I have more than 8 years of sales experience. I have worked in both telesales (selling over the phone) and in-store sales (which involves selling to people while face-to-face).

I share my collection of skills, knowledge and tricks that I have gained over my lifetime within this class – in a seven step sales process.

Literally this class is for anyone who wants to learn how to sell effectively. You could be an telesales employee wishing to improve your current sales skills, or you could be completely new to selling. I have used no jargon and simplified the process as much as possible!

In This Class You Will Learn:

– The seven step sales process, which shows you every step of how to sell, from building rapport and comfort with the potential customer, to closing the deal.

– How to use silence to your advantage when in conversation

– How to work out the type of person you are selling to, within the first couple of seconds of the conversation.

– How to sell based on emotions, and use human psychology to your advantage.
