Hi, my name is Le’Siran but kids like to call me Liz. I am a Certified Therapeutic Play Practitioner and Life Coach. I coached and mentored for 20 years helping women and children to build their confidence, overcome experiences of abuse and support them to understand and manage their emotions.
This is why I created a course that combined my experience as a nursery manager, worker in a domestic violence refuges, drug recovery centres, Barnados  (amongst other similar roles), I’ve seen first hand the benefits of working creatively and therapeutically with children and adults!
It’s wonderful to see individuals empowered & motivated to develop their emotional literacy, find their voice, and of course see their confidence flourish.
